Jon is a dedicated resident of Hilton Head Island, where his family has been making memories since 1972. After a career in public service on the West Coast, Jon focuses on combining civic responsibility with alleviating animal suffering in his community. He has served on the boards of the Sea Pines Property Owners Association, Land Use Management Committee, and Neighbors Helping Neighbors Task Force, reflecting his commitment to community service. As a founding board member of his family’s initiative, All Paws on Deck, Jon supports animal welfare programs and local causes, providing resources, raising awareness, and fostering partnerships to create a lasting positive impact in the community.

Driven by an enduring love for animals, Brooke has championed various animal welfare charities from a young age. She finds inspiration in the environment's natural beauty, her passion for animal welfare, and the special bond she shares with her pets. As a founding board member of All Paws on Deck, Brooke oversees outreach efforts in Cincinnati, Ohio, benefiting animals in need. She is dedicated to leaving a lasting legacy of philanthropy for her children, ensuring the organization's mission of compassion, advocacy, and care for all animals continues to thrive for generations to come.

A devoted mother and veteran of both the United States Air Force and the United States Army, Nicole is no stranger to hard work. She brings her diligence and attention to detail to bear as a founding board member of All Paws on Deck. Nicole leverages her extensive experience in leadership and organization to drive the charity’s initiatives forward. She is grateful for her canine companions – Roxie, Millie, and Zoie – whose love fuels her passion for changing the lives of animals for good. Dedicated to the mission of All Paws on Deck, Nicole strives to create a world where every animal is cared for and valued.
